CALIDALIA® respects fundamental rights, public freedoms, and the interests of all people with whom it deals. As such, CALIDALIA® complies with all legal requirements regarding data protection, safeguarding all personal data that it collects and processes in accordance with the said requirements.

A. COLLECTING DATA

CALIDALIA® informs you of the purposes for which it collects personal data at the time these are collected. CALIDALIA® does not collect more data than are strictly necessary.

However, we can inform you in advance that, as a general rule, the personal data you supply to us will be processed for the purpose of giving effect to your application to register as an approved supplier. CALIDALIA® will not share your data with third parties other than where this is necessary in order to manage and perform any commercial relations that may arise with third parties. CALIDALIA® does not carry out cross-border processing of its clients' data without availing itself of any of the circumstances that allow it. Specifically, CALIDALIA® stores data on the servers of Cloudari, a Spanish company whose servers are located in Spain, complying with the rules of the Spanish Agency for Data Protection.

D. SECURITY

CALIDALIA® has implemented the necessary technical and organizational measures in order to ensure the integrity, availability, and confidentiality of the personal data it processes. Thus, CALIDALIA® applies the security measures required by the principle of security and, despite their higher cost, only works with Internet Service Providers (ISPs) that meet the highest international standards in the management of information security.

F. COMMERCIAL COMMUNICATIONS

G. RIGHTS OF THE DATA OWNERS
