You need to register as a User in order to use our Platform. To do this, you will have to agree to our contractual conditions and be approved as a supplier by CALIDALIA®. Users acknowledge that in order to validate their approval they must supply specific information regarding their company, and provide certain warranties.

Your status as a User of the Platform implies that you have read, understood, are familiar with, and unreservedly accept all of the conditions of use.

RESPONSIBLE BROWSING

As a User, you undertake to use the information and all other content, products, and services we offer on our Platform responsibly. Your conduct must be lawful and in accordance with good practice and the requirements of good faith, and you are expected to act with all due diligence at all times.

Save as otherwise stated, all other distinctive signs appearing on this website are also registered by CALIDALIA® or by their respective owners, and no licence of any kind is granted over them. The use of any distinctive sign belonging to CALIDALIA® that is not implicit to the use of this website is prohibited.

The texts, drawings, photographs, videos, and all other graphic, sound, or audio-visual content on this Platform (hereinafter ‘the contents’) are (unless otherwise stated) owned by CALIDALIA®. CALIDALIA® does not grant users any other right of reproduction, distribution, public communication, or transformation over the website, its design, or any of its contents.
